Founder & Developer
Peter Hopkins
Nemeta.ai is founded and developed by Peter Hopkins. He registered his first website in 1994 and has built websites continuously ever since — over thirty years of hands-on web and software work.
He graduated from St Peter Claver College Grammar School, then completed a two-year computing education at KBS Computer College (COBOL, Pascal, BASIC). In 1998 he founded his own real estate brokerage in England, which he ran until emigrating to the United States in 2007. He has been self-employed in real estate ever since and holds an active Realtor's license. In the U.S. he was Technology Director at Coldwell Banker Paradise (2015–2020) and has been Director of Technology at Keller Williams Safe Harbor Group since January 2021.
He builds Nemeta's products by combining system design, pattern recognition, and AI-assisted development, with AI's role disclosed openly across every product. He is also a licensed amateur radio operator of more than forty years — US Amateur Extra (W4PAH) and UK Full / Class A (G0LIW) — the background behind Nemeta's radio products.
